The cup n' handle is no longer possible because prices have pulled back too far (beyond the 61.8% fib) but the longer term uptrend is still in tact. DBA needs to hold that 200 dma and support around $36, which might be a good low risk entry. If $36 is lost DBA would look bearish in the long term (lower lows & lower highs):
