If it can get past $170, and at least hold there, then sure. Otherwise it's just dead money, just like it's been for the last year.
Looks like it is beginning a new uptrend right here based on the CCI and moving averages.
But I agree, it needs to make and hold some new highs for confirmation.
I'm going to do a more thorough chart analysis in a few weeks for ICE's two year birthday.
